JEN CALLEJA is a writer, literary translator from German and musician. Her writing has been published in Eyewear Publishing’s The Best New British & Irish Poets 2016, Test Centre, The Quietus and Structo. She is editor of Verfreundungseffekt, acting editor of New Books in German, translator in residence at the Austrian Cultural Forum London and columnist on literature in translation for The Quietus Books. Her latest book translation is Nicotine by Gregor Hens, published by Fitzcarraldo Editions. She plays in Sauna Youth, Feature and Monotony.
TEST CENTRE is an independent publishing house and record label with an interest in the spoken and written word. Based in Hackney, East London, it was established in 2011 by Will Shutes and Jess Chandler. Test Centre has put out books and recordings by Iain Sinclair, Chris Petit, Oli Hazzard, Tom Chivers, SJ Fowler and Robert Herbert MacClean. Forthcoming in 2016 are publications with Stephen Watts, Sophie Collins, Holly Pester and Erik Stinson
